The Scag SFC-21 FinishPro 21″ Commercial Walk-Behind Mower brings professional-grade construction, precision cutting performance, and commercial productivity into a compact 21-inch mowing platform. Designed for commercial landscapers and demanding residential users, this mower is ideal for small lawns, gated yards, landscaped properties, narrow passages, and detailed finish-cut areas where larger commercial machines cannot work efficiently.

For this premium configuration, the mower is powered by the Kohler Command PRO CV224 engine, delivering 7 HP from a 224cc four-cycle OHV design. This engine is the strongest option in the SFC-21 lineup and is well suited for heavier mowing conditions, professional use, thicker grass, and users who want maximum available power in the 21-inch SFC platform.

The high-vacuum, high-capacity cutting deck creates strong airflow to lift grass before cutting, helping deliver a clean and consistent finish. The mower supports rear bagging, mulching, and optional side discharge, giving operators flexibility based on turf condition and cleanup preference. A fabric grass catcher and mulching plug are included as standard equipment, while the side-discharge adapter is sold separately.

The self-propelled drive system uses a maintenance-free GT MG 512 three-speed transmission. Operators can select low, medium, or high travel speeds depending on walking pace, grass density, and mowing conditions. A variable drive-control bar allows smooth engagement and convenient speed control from the handle.

A heavy-duty blade-brake clutch allows the operator to stop the cutting blade without shutting down the engine. This is useful when crossing gravel paths, moving between lawn areas, emptying the grass catcher, or pausing during operation.

The stamped 14-gauge steel deck includes replaceable side-wear guards to help protect the deck edge when mowing near curbs, walls, trees, landscape borders, and other obstacles. Cutting height adjusts from 1.5 inches to 4.5 inches in 0.5-inch increments, making it easy to match different turf types and seasonal mowing needs.
